2	Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of indoor type Main LT Panel, floor mounting type, dust and vermin proof by construction of 14 SWG CRCA sheets compartmentalized, modular type IP42 protection with powder coated panel (followed by seven/ eight tank process) confirming to the technical specifications of Annexure-II including heavy duty terminal blocks, neoprene rubber gaskets for joints, anodized aluminum name plates for incoming and outgoing cables, enameled danger boards by connecting all incoming & outgoing cables (end terminations of all cables as a separate item No.3 below) all complete together with the required minor civil works, cost of material, labour, transport, taxes, tools & plants and as per the specifications and directions of engineer-in-charge. Incomer: 1. 1000A, four pole on load change over switch. 2. 1000A TP ACB 50 KA EDO with microprocessor based earth fault/ Over current/ Short Circuit relays with shunt trip coil (confirming to specifications of annexure-I) Metering & Indication: 1. Current transformer rated 1000/500/5A, 10VA, Cl 1.0 for metering. 2. Digital multi data meter Cl 0.5 with RS 485. 3. LED Type RYB indication lamps, On/Off/Trip Indication lamps with control MCBS/Circuits. 4. 2 Nos. of suitable Cl 0.5 Trivector meters with RS 485 for main supply and Generator supply. Bus Bars: 1. 1000TPN Aluminum Bus bars. Current density should not exceed 1A per Sq.mm. Heat shrinkable sleeves & SMC Supports shall be provided to the bus bar Outgoing: 1. 2Nos-400A 36KA TP MCCB 2. 4Nos-200A 36KA TP MCCB 3. 4Nos-100A 25 KA TP MCCB 4. 2Nos-63A 25KA TP MCCB Note: 1. LT panel should properly accommodate all the incoming and outgoing cables as detailed in Diagram2. 2. GA diagram of LT panel shall be approved from the department. 3. Installation and commissioning of LT panel shall be done within 12 hours only.
