Item 1: Dismantling of the existing 11KV, 400 amps, 250MVA capacity "Reyrolle burn" make Oil Circuit Breaker together with P.T. by dismantling incoming and outcoming cables and shifting it to a suitable location in Electrical sub-station as per the directions of engineer-in-charge.

Item 2: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 3 phase, 3 wire, 50Hz, 11KV, 400amps 13.1 KA (250MVA) breaking capacity, indoor floor mounting type totally enclosed, fully interlocked, metal clad VCB as perIEC-62271-100/200 with single break trip free breaker, motor/manual operated closing spring charged mechanism, mounted on a truck carriage, complete with self contained fully interlocked rack in & rack out mechanism, hand trip devices, mechanical ON & OFF Push buttons with indicators, spring release coil, shunt trip coil, auxiliary switch of 6 No. & 6 NC, Panel Indication lamps for breaker ON/OFF/TRIP/TRIP circuit healthy/ spring charge etc., accessories such as heater with heater switch & thermostat, cubicle illumination lamp etc., side cable box with bushings and cable glands suitable for 11 KV 3Cx95 Sq.mm XLPE cable; 2 core CTs for metering with accuracy class 0.5 and protection with accuracy class P10, 15VA, 50/5+5A; overload, short circuit & earth fault relays: metering panel consisting of ammeter, volt meter, frequency & power factor meters: 11000/110 volts, 100VA, PT for metering, Schneider/ABB or equivalent make, all complete together with the cost of material, labour, transport, tools & plants and as per the specifications and directions of engineer-in-charge.

Item 4: End terminations of 11KV, 3 core, 95/70 Sq.mm XLPE / PVC cable along with the jointing materials such as heavy duty crimping type lugs, cable compound/putty, Empire/HT tapes etc., complete with the cost of jointing materials, labour tools & implements & as per the directions of engineer-in-charge.

Unit rate (Rs): 15,000/-

Amount (Rs): 60,000/-


Item 5: Buy-back offer for the existing 11KV, 400 Amps, 250 MVA capacity "Reyrolle burn" make oil circuit breaker together with P.T., on where is as is basis. The contractor has to lift the OCB at his own cost and risk and the amount thus quoted for taking back the OCB will be deducted/adjusted against the bill for other items.
